Abacus Business Computing (referred to as "Abacus")

 

Abacus accepts no liability for any consequential loss under any circumstances.

 

All telecom charges are the responsibility of the customer who should monitor the same to ensure hardware or software is not generating unauthorised calls.

 

Abacus will not be held responsible for any loss caused by a network security failure or virus attack.

 

Title of goods remains with Abacus until all invoices are paid in full.

 

Risk will be transferred to the customer on receipt of goods.

 

Once the customer has accepted any software installation all responsibility for that installation passes to the customer.

 

Abacus will not be held responsible for any issues arising due to third party interference with any installation

 

Third party warranties may be voided if a non-approved installer interferes with or adds to installations.

 

Payment is due in full on satisfactory completion, unless otherwise agreed in advance.

 

Where large amounts of hardware are involved Abacus reserves the right to seek a deposit in advance.

 

Abacus accepts no liability for loss of any data on any media covered by maintenance or not.

 

Should existing equipment prove to be faulty and prevent configuration it will be brought to your attention and repaired with your approval at our standard hourly rate.
