·        NetCARE

o       Network Care is our on-site support offering. We attend your site on regular basis, (usually monthly) to perform configuration & repairs as necessary. We also use this time to perform preventative maintenance.

·        NetCALL

o       This is our telephone support package. We offer immediate response and unlimited incidents. Many minor configuration issues can be dealt with over the phone, alternatively the need for a site visit can be assessed.

·        NetDIAL

o       Often used to complement a telephone support package NetDIAL is our remote access support package. This option allows us to dial-in to your network and diagnose and rectify problems on any part of your system.
